Grand Living Spaces

The beautifully designed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area strikes a perfect balance between spaciousness and comfort. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove create a warm, cosy atmosphere, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light and offer lovely countryside views. The high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with premium Smeg appliances—ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.

A separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds everyday convenience, while a ground-floor WC and an en-suite bedroom provide easy access for guests with limited mobility or those preferring ground-floor accommodation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized double bedrooms, including one with its own en-suite for added privacy. The remaining two bedrooms are served by a stylish and well-appointed family bathroom. Each space has been thoughtfully laid out to offer both comfort and flexibility—perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Outdoor Space

The patio and lawned garden enjoy peaceful views across the countryside, offering a wonderful spot for alfresco dining or for children to play. Guests can enjoy outdoor furniture, a trampoline, and a BBQ (charcoal not included). While the garden is spacious, it is not fully enclosed—so pets and young children will need to be supervised.

Sustainability

We are dedicated to the long-term sustainability of the estate and strive to minimise our impact on the environment and surrounding landscape. Most of our heating and hot water is generated by a sustainable wood pellet biomass system, and we also produce renewable energy through solar power. As part of our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity, we have recently planted over 11,500 trees, with more planned in the near future. We’re working hard to eliminate single-use plastics across the estate and use natural, eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Recycling is a priority for us, and we aim to reduce waste in every area of operation. To support greener travel, we have installed electric vehicle charging points for guests and visitors.
