A glass-enclosed lift provides stunning vistas and easy access to all levels of the property.

At the top of the home, a spacious entertainment room sets the stage for après-ski gatherings or private events, featuring a striking granite island with seating for 10+, a built-in drinks fridge, billiards table, foosball, wet bar, gas fireplace, large sectional sofa, and TV. Just above, the uppermost level boasts vaulted ceilings and wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows framing uninterrupted views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the surrounding National Forest. A sleek, three-sided glass fireplace anchors the open-plan kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, and great room. Two elevated decks—with private hot tubs and fire pits—offer ideal spots for stargazing and evening relaxation. Elsewhere in the home, a well-equipped gym includes a treadmill, recumbent bicycle, free weights, and a second water station. On the lower ground floor, two generously sized bunk rooms, each fitted with two twin-over-queen built-in bunks and their own en-suites, create a fun and functional space for younger guests. A dedicated children’s den with a TV, games table, snack bar, and cosy seating makes this level a haven for little ones, while a second laundry room ensures maximum convenience for larger groups.
