Expansive great rooms boast vaulted ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, oversized stone fireplaces, and gourmet kitchens with professional appliances and generous islands. Open floor plans include dining for up to 12, multiple kitchens and living areas, and lower-level entertainment zones with sports bars, pool tables, wet bars, and large TVs. Heated garages with built-in lockers and half baths on every level add convenience.

Each residence features five bedrooms—ten total—including flexible bunkrooms, elegant king suites with fireplaces, balconies, and spa-like ensuite baths. Outdoor living shines with recessed balconies, spacious decks, private hot tubs, and breathtaking views of the Steamboat ski slopes, gondola, and valley.

Guests may reserve the North or South lodge individually, or both together for the ultimate private mountain lodge experience.

Grand Living Spaces

This extraordinary mountain lodge consists of two private residences, each with its own elevator and a stunning open staircase crafted from timbers and steel that descends alongside a dramatic four-story wall of windows. Both homes offer expansive great rooms with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and impressive oversized stone fireplaces that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The open-concept layouts seamlessly connect the living areas to gourmet kitchens equipped with professional-grade appliances and large islands perfect for gathering. Each main floor features a spacious dining area with seating for 12 at the main table and room for an additional five guests at the kitchen island. Mid-levels include additional kitchens, dining spaces, and living rooms, providing ample space for entertaining or relaxing.

The lower levels boast a lively sports bar and recreation room with large flat-screen TVs, pool tables, and wet bars complete with beverage refrigerators and dishwashers. These entertainment areas open up to covered decks with private hot tubs and stunning views.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each residence mirrors the other and offers a total of five bedrooms (ten in all), spread over three floors, making these homes perfect for large groups or multiple families. The main level features luxurious primary king suites with gas fireplaces and private access to covered balconies. On the middle floors, flexible bunkrooms can be transformed into two smaller bedrooms to accommodate various sleeping arrangements.

Second primary suites on the middle levels include private bathrooms and spectacular views of the valley and the famous Sleeping Giant Mountain. The third primary suites and queen suites each feature private ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Convenient half bathrooms are also located on all three levels of the homes.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor living areas extend the comfort of the interiors with covered recessed balconies that provide breathtaking views of the ski slopes, gondola, and base area. Each residence’s decks on the lower levels offer covered spaces equipped with private hot tubs, perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning mountain vistas.
