Open Plan Living & Kitchen Space

A spectacular open-plan space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and plenty of industrial character, creating a bright and welcoming place for everyone to gather. The lounge area comfortably seats eight and features a cosy log burner and Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, perfect for relaxing evenings in.

The spacious dining area also seats eight, ideal for shared meals and celebrations, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including two ovens, an induction hob, a full-height fridge-freezer and a wine cooler for your supplies. A breakfast bar provides the perfect spot for casual dining, morning coffee, or keeping the chef company.

Games Room

Located just off the main living area, the games room is perfect for some classic family fun. It features a medium-sized table tennis table, table football, board games and a selection of children’s books to keep everyone entertained.  There is also a sofa, large Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, a DVD player with a selection of children’s films, and comfy bean bags for relaxed movie nights.

Looking for a meeting space with a difference? The games room can also be arranged as a bright and airy conference space, making it ideal for small business meetings, team away days or workshops for groups of 4–16 people.

The Utility room comes fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional full height fridge, plus separate downstairs toilet.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and flexibility. Every room can be arranged with either a luxurious super-king bed or, by prior request, two cosy singles, and all feature their own private ensuite with a walk-in shower, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the countryside.

Garden & Outside Space

Step outside into your own large, private patio and garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy al fresco dining for eight, fire up the gas BBQ or wood-fired pizza oven (available April–October), and unwind in the seven-person hot tub. A pergola provides shelter from the unpredictable British weather, and we supply towels and plastic glasses, just bring your swimwear and flip-flops!

Beyond your private garden, guests are welcome to explore the shared play area, wander along the woodland and stream, or take a leisurely stroll on the public footpath that runs past the property, soaking up the peaceful countryside surroundings.
