Mill House is a restored 260-year-old grain mill that still features its original cogs and grinding stones, bringing a sense of heritage to a practical modern space. Sitting at the heart of the estate, it includes five en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped handmade kitchen and two living areas centred around a double-sided wood-burning stove.
A covered walkway leads directly to The Piggeries, giving groups their own private dining area, bar and treatment room for dinners, wellness sessions or evening events. Outside, the house has an arbour, fire pit, the Heartwood Sauna, an outdoor shower, river steps for wild swimming and access to a three-acre conservation area with private walking trails. Mill House is perfect for all kinds of gatherings from celebrations with friends and family, to executive retreats, creative strategy sessions and senior leadership meetings.
The house will also feature a Hot tub from March!

In a breathtaking Mid Wales valley outside Trefeglwys (between Llanidloes and Machynlleth), the property is rich in history, culture, and adventure – perfect for both group retreats and meaningful time with family and friends.
Explore onsite rolling meadows, rivers, and woodland walks for team-building or leisurely family rambles in every season. A short drive to the Llyn Clywedog reservoir offers picnic spots, wildlife watching, and peaceful shore walks – just as suited to reflective off-site sessions as to relaxed days out with loved ones.
Machynlleth (the ancient Welsh capital) has quirky shops and markets to explore together, while Llanidloes offers a friendly high street and gentle River Severn routes. Day trips to Aberystwyth (home to the National Library of Wales) or Aberdyfi (a beautiful white-sand beach in Eryri / Snowdonia) bring coastal inspiration for groups, families, or friends alike. With the Cambrian Mountains and Snowdonia close by, endless outdoor adventures await – from energising corporate activities to memorable shared experiences.
We’re selective about what homes make the collection. Every home is vetted and chosen for its design, its setting, and whether it actually delivers when you walk through the door.
We know rounding everyone up takes time. We can hold any property free for 24 hours while you check with the group. No payment, no commitment, no pressure.
Need a private chef for Saturday night? Help adding guests to a booking or choosing between three houses? Want the hot tub turned on? That’s what we’re here for.
