We offer a range of dining experiences across all of our chalet stays and we’re all about crafting individual stays that are designed around you and your unique tastes. We’ll have a consultation beforehand about what type of food and cooking style you love and we can craft menus and meals just for you. We offer high quality fine dining menus, home-cooked hearty favourites or lighter preferences. We’re here to make this unforgettable for you, so we’ll make your stay as unique as you are.
We also offer drinks packages too, with a selection available throughout your stay which includes – champagne or prosecco, cocktails, beers, house wine, premium pairing wines and port. There’s also a well stocked private cellar should you require something special during your stay.

Introducing your children to skiing may seem somewhat intimidating; you may wonder if they will find skiing enjoyable, if they will stay warm enough, or if they will appreciate the meals provided. Our dedicated team of chefs, hosts, and concierges is available to ensure that your children have a delightful experience both on the slopes and within the chalet.
Children’s Dining
High tea is offered at 6pm for children under the age of 12, preceding the adult meal scheduled for 8pm. The satisfaction of your child with the food is as significant as that of the entire group, and we have curated a menu that emphasises fresh ingredients, including a variety of vegetables and fruits. We recognise that each child has unique preferences, so if you have any particular requests, please reach out to us before your visit, and we will make every effort to accommodate diverse tastes.
Children’s Ski Lessons
Children’s ski lessons typically commence at the age of 5 and above. Nevertheless, certain ski schools may provide private lessons for children as young as 3 or 4 years old; however, the rate of progression is largely contingent upon the individual child’s capabilities. Club Piou Piou, managed by the ESF (École de Ski Française), presents a variety of outdoor activities designed to enhance your child’s confidence and coordination on the snow. The instructors deliver safe and enjoyable instruction for children starting from the age of 3.
Childcare
We are able to conduct inquiries on your behalf with either a local nursery or a nanny who can visit your chalet. Various packages are offered for mornings, afternoons, or full days. Customised options and babysitting services may also be available through the nanny agency, depending on availability. Additionally, there are public creche facilities within the resort that offer exceptional care for your children and can accommodate your schedule. Please reach out to our concierge team to discuss your childcare needs.
Travelling with Small Children
We are able to supply travel cots, highchairs, diapers, baby wipes, bottle sterilisers, and bed rails. We kindly ask that you communicate your needs with the concierge team before your arrival, allowing us to prepare everything for your stay. Additionally, we can arrange for buggy rentals from a local provider at an additional cost. If you prefer not to bring your own baby monitors or require stair gates, please consult with our concierge team for assistance.




Ski Hire
A variety of ski fitting options are accessible to you at the resort. We have collaborated with a mobile ski fitting service that will come directly to your chalet, offering a superior combination of custom-fitted equipment and a hassle-free experience. Their mobile service not only saves you time but also eliminates the stress typically associated with visiting a ski shop upon your arrival. Additionally, our customers benefit from a discount on their bookings. As part of our concierge team’s pre-departure services, we can arrange everything in advance, allowing you to enjoy your ski fitting while savouring a cup of tea and a slice of cake, or perhaps a glass of champagne.
The ski fitters will either visit your chalet upon your arrival or on the first morning before you head out to ski, depending on your arrival time at the resort. With years of experience, they will ensure that you receive the perfect fit, arrive with a selection of equipment, and are available to make any necessary adjustments or exchanges during your stay.
Lift Passes
We can acquire lift passes on your behalf, ensuring they are prepared for your arrival. This service incurs no extra charges, and the passes will be delivered directly to your chalets, allowing you to avoid waiting in line on the first morning of your holiday. Ski and Snowboard Lessons
There are numerous ski and snowboard schools that come highly recommended, boasting excellent reviews from our guests. We are dedicated to identifying the most suitable options tailored to your needs, whether they pertain to budget, group size, age, or skill level. We are pleased to make inquiries directly with the ski schools and facilitate introductions on your behalf.
We recommend making reservations well in advance, so please reach out as soon as you have confirmed your stay with us. Lessons are particularly beneficial for beginners as an excellent way to start skiing or snowboarding, for intermediates to enhance their confidence, and for advanced skiers as a valuable opportunity to refine their techniques and address any ingrained habits.
Additionally, ski touring, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and telemark lessons are available for those interested in exploring alternative ways to experience the mountains.
