Full flexibility & transparent fees
We provide our homeowners with the same flexibility and personal level of service as we do to our guests, something that is not possible from national based agencies. There are no fixed and long contracts, just one month’s notice. Use your own home absolutely whenever you like. We will always work around you and any bookings for your family and friends.
The commission rates applied are tailored to you and your property, starting form as low as 12.5% + VAT. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions or marketing charges.
Comprehensive management solutions
As opposed to most agencies, we can provide a complete solution to holiday rentals. Our standard service can include booking generation, customer management, interior design, property maintenance, management of cleaners, turnarounds and laundry, integration to our property management platform and online marketing. We have found this to be much more cost effective than employing separate booking agents, property managers and cleaners, and importantly removes the owners involvement in day-to-day matters.
However, we appreciate owners may have existing arrangements in place and therefore we can be fluid with the level of service provided, and even work alongside incumbent agents. Each arrangement and service is bespoke to the home and homeowner.

By purchasing items in bulk for our collection of homes, we pass on direct savings to our homeowners, ensuring you get the best value without compromising on quality.

That’s why all our homes use a dedicated cleaning app with a customised checklist tailored to each property and homeowner’s preferences. After every clean, detailed reports—complete with photos and videos—are issued to homeowners, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

Additionally, we can integrate booking calendars with existing websites, enabling direct bookings at significantly reduced costs.

As part of our service, we provide a comprehensive multimedia package to showcase your property at its best. This includes professional photography and videography, ensuring your home is presented in style. We promote your property across our social media channels and can feature it in promotions or collaborations at no extra charge. Additionally, we can help develop a unique brand identity for your home, from logos, to floor plans, and videos, to highlight its distinct appeal.
To maximise exposure, we partner with influencers and brand ambassadors, offering gifted stays in exchange for high-quality content. Our network includes profiles with 300,000 to 1.5 million followers, ensuring targeted reach. While 80% of our bookings come from our website or Instagram, we also maintain strong partnerships with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other major platforms, with additional fees added to the booking price rather than impacting your net earnings.
Property maintenance
Alongside our full management service, we offer a range of in-house property care solutions to reduce costs and maintain the highest standards. Our dedicated team can handle snagging work, general maintenance, house improvements, hot tub changeovers, and landscaping, ensuring your home is always in top condition for guests.
