Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish shower room, and a luxurious Japanese soaking tub. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area centres around a biofuel fire, perfect for cosy evenings, while outside, a private terrace offers a peaceful spot to relax beneath the stars, and can be opened to join the Wood Shed and Wagon Lodges for a more sociable stay.

Light-filled and thoughtfully appointed with contemporary fittings, it’s an ideal space to relax after a day exploring the countryside or nearby beaches, with plush towels and calming touches adding a sense of quiet luxury.

The Harness Room’s bedroom is a cosy haven designed for rest and tranquillity. A king-size bed provides luxurious comfort, while a snug nook bed (1.4m x 0.7m) offers a welcoming space for little ones. Carefully arranged to make the most of the space, the room creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of countryside adventures.

Set within 10 acres of fields and woodland at the Farm, The Harness Room allows guests to enjoy the magic of farm life. Meet playful Kune Kune pigs, mischievous Pygmy Goats, elegant Valais Black Nose Sheep, gentle donkeys, serene alpacas, and free-roaming chickens, a delightful mix of furry and feathered friends that makes every stay memorable. Guests also have access to a heated indoor swimming pool and shared bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after countryside walks, woodland adventures, or visits to the nearby Suffolk coast.

For ultimate relaxation, we can arrange in-house beauty treatments, from soothing massages to reflexology, allowing you to truly unwind without stepping out. Should you wish to explore, there are on-site vehicles are available for pre-booked pick-up and drop-offs, or for something a little different, take out the VW camper for a coastal adventure, we can even have a cuppa and a bacon sandwich ready for you after a refreshing dip in the sea.
