Nestled in the Estate, the farmhouse is handily located close to stunning walks and cycle paths as well as a nature reserve, acres of woodland and unforgettable outdoor dining experiences. You can also do wild swimming and a large number of other wellness activities through the estate if you’d like to.

We’re pet friendly and thoroughly encourage you to bring your furry friends to enjoy some of the best countryside around. You can also bring along the family, your friends or work colleagues to come and enjoy our estate.

We include a free breakfast through our incredible Utopia, and we’ll even provide you with a welcome basket upon arrival to say thank you for choosing to stay with us and our team.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a small utility and two separate WCs.

Rowan Heights features three spacious double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, with the option to be configured as twin or double beds. One bedroom benefits from its own ensuite, while the other two share a family bathroom. A unique treehouse-inspired mezzanine adds a playful touch, allowing the house to accommodate up to eight guests. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect retreat for a restful escape from the everyday hustle.

For those seeking relaxation, the Avalon wellness centre is available for booking a range of wellness activities and sessions. Adult access includes use of the Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Hydro Pool and PT Studio. Children can access the Pool Suite on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Guests can also indulge in catered outdoor dining experiences, whether within the estate or in the nearby woods.
