Grand Living Spaces

Situated off the main Trefriw high street, you enter the home into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and formal dining table for 12. The open-plan living is a great entertainment space and is the ideal setting for cosy evenings after a day’s activities. With two separate lounges, there is plenty of space to provide both a more sophisticated lounge and a noisier hideaway for the younger guests! In the first lounge area, you’ll find an L-shaped sofa, a love seat, a wood-burning stove and a 60-inch Sky Glass TV.

Luxurious Bedrooms

With its six generously proportioned bedroom suites, The Old Tearoom at Ty LLewelyn offers flexible sleeping spaces to accommodate a range of family and small group sizes. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, equipped with king/double and twin beds for deep comfort. There is a large family bathroom with shower and bath. Off the hallway there is a drying room to house all the equipment and clothing from your day’s activities. The lower ground floor includes three further bedrooms, one of which is a superking bed and two further rooms which feature a king and twin beds. On the lower ground floor, you’ll also find a large family bathroom with a walk-in shower, a handy utility space including washing machine and dryer, and access to the garden.

Garden

Outside, there is a private sun trap garden, with a freestanding charcoal barbeque, outdoor mood lighting, outdoor loungers, and dining table – an ideal place to relax on those long summer nights in Snowdonia! There is free on-street parking opposite the home and a free large public car park 200 yards away.

A Family Friendly Stay

We know packing for a family trip is not easy! Cots and highchairs are available, and additional infant equipment (baby bathtubs, milk processors) can be provided subject to availability and by advanced request.
