Relax into sumptuous sofas or enjoy the cosy window seating with far-reaching views across The Vale. When it’s movie time, the 52-inch smart TV awaits, and for memorable meals, the handcrafted dining table seats up to 14 guests beside a roaring log fire. Whether it’s lively celebrations or quiet evenings in, this space brings everyone together in comfort and style.

Boot Room & Utility 

The light and airy boot room provides plenty of space to store coats, boots, and all your outdoor gear, with spare umbrellas ready for those unexpected rainy days. Adjacent, the fully equipped utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and board, plus a supply of 12 grey towels, ideal for beach trips or drying off after a day of outdoor adventures.

Studio Space

The Studio Space is a versatile area designed for both fun and relaxation. When set up as a games room, it’s equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, extendable table with chairs, a selection of games, a handy kitchenette, and a downstairs loo, perfect for hours of entertainment. For yoga retreats or mindful mornings, the space transforms into a serene practice studio. With private off-road parking for up to 10 vehicles, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and comfortable seating for dining or unwinding, it’s perfect for gatherings of any size. A grassy paddock at the front adds open space, while the living room window seat offers sweeping views across the stunning Vale of Clwyd, ideal for soaking up the scenery at any time of day.
